Exchange Eligibility
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange
- Receive exchange authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item using the provided shipping label
Exchange Options
You can exchange your item for:
- A different size or color of the same item
- A different item of equal or lesser value
- Store credit for future purchases
Shipping Costs
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for damaged or incorrect items.
Processing Time
Once we receive your exchange:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your exchange will be processed
- New item will be shipped within 1-2 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation
